Management Policy

I. Group Vision 2036

In January 2025, taking into account our corporate philosophy, progress thus far, and surrounding environment, we formulated Group Vision 2036 as our medium-to-long term vision in order to continue to be a corporate group that is needed in society.

Continuing to grow as a pioneer in temperature-controlled logistics, we aim to be a group that supports a rich life through a logistics network spanning Japan to Asia.

・Examine and handle improvements in corporate value such as capital policy and organizational restructuring

II. Eighth Medium-Term Management Plan

As the first step towards achieving Group Vision 2036, we have formulated our Eighth Medium-term Management Plan.
