1966 Feb. The warehouse section of Kewpie Corporation was separated from its parent company. It was established independently as “Kewpie Warehouse Co., Ltd.” in Sengawa-cho, Chofu-shi, Tokyo, with a capital of 10 million yen.
Aug. License for warehouse operation acquired.
1968 Dec. Registered as a vehicular delivery business.
1972 Mar. Capital increased to 20 million yen.
1973 May. Started digitalizing back-office processes with computers.
1974 Jul. Capital increased to 80 million yen.
1976 Feb. Capital increased to 96 million yen.
Jul. Business name changed to “Kewpie Warehouse Transport Co., Ltd.”.
1981 Jun. Capital increased to 192 million yen.
1982 Mar. Developed and introduced delivery vehicles with 2-compartment refrigeration.
Started a common delivery business for chilled and frozen foods.
Sep. Capital increased to 215 million yen.
1983 Mar. Started online communication with Customers across Japan.
1985 May. Developed and implemented a location management system.
Oct. Developed and implemented a digital picking system at the Nishifu office (currently Tokyo SLC).
1989 Nov. Common logistics system unified under the name “Kewso-Bin”.
Nov. “Kewsokai (currently Kewso-soueikai)”, an organization bringing together partner transportation companies across Japan, was launched.
Nov. Capital increased to 495 million yen.
Dec. Business name changed to “Kewpie Ryutsu System Corporation”.
1990 Nov. Capital increased to 1.045 billion yen.
1993 Mar. A multi-tier automated refrigerated warehouse became operational at the Kurihashi Logistics Center No. 2.
Nov. Head office relocated to Kojima-cho, Chofu-shi, Tokyo.
1995 Sep. Shares listed on the Second Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Capital increased to 2.189 billion yen.
Nov. Developed and implemented an automatic vehicle allocation system.
Dec. The Kobe Logistics Center (currently Kansai SLC) became operational and “the direct delivery system established for western Japan”.
1998 Oct. A new logistics center became operational in Nishifu (logistics base for chilled and frozen foods in eastern Japan).
2000 Apr. Business name changed to “K.R.S. Corporation”.
Apr. “Kewso Suru-Bin” logistics system commenced across Japan.
Sep. Capital increased to 3.577 billion yen.
2001 Dec. The Goka Logistics Center No. 2 became operational (Logistics base in eastern Japan for foods stored at ambient temperature).
Dec. Introduced an electronic documentation system (promotion of a paperless approach).
2002 Oct. Acquired shares in S.Y. Promotion Co., Ltd. and made it a subsidiary.
2003 Apr. Established Kewso Management Corp. (K.LP Corporation) as a subsidiary company.
Oct. Merger of subsidiary Yamamoto Kewso Corp. and subsidiary Mizushima Kewso Corp. and the business name changed to YM Kewso Corp. (currently K. Tis Corp.).
2004 Jun. Shares designated for listing on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange.
Oct. Capital increased to 4.0546 billion yen.
Nov. Capital increased to 4.0631 billion yen.
2006 Jul. Started the operation of a small-lot automated warehouse at the Goka Logistics Center.
Sep. Established “Shanghai KRS Logistics Corporation” in China.
2008 Jan. Established the Kawasaki Center in Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture.
Jun. Expanded and renovated the Tosu Center.
Introduced an automated warehouse that uses QR codes for item identification.
2010 May. Developed and introduced a Flexible cargo deck truck, “FCD3 + 1”.
2012 Apr. Made YM Kewso Corp. (currently K. Tis Corp.) a wholly owned subsidiary by acquiring additional shares.
2014 Mar. Tokorozawa Logistics Center established in Tokorozawa-shi, Saitama Prefecture.
2015 Jan. Newly built a chilled warehouse at Kobe Logistics Center (currently Kansai SLC).
Apr. Started rail freight transport with 31-foot containers.
Nov. Sendai Izumi Logistics Center (currently Tohoku SLC) is established in Sendai City, Miyagi Prefecture
2016 Jul. Launched the relay trucking called “Relay transportation system” through exchanging trailers.
Oct. Head office relocated to Chofugaoka, Chofu-shi, Tokyo.
2017 Mar. Established Fresh Delica Network Corporation.
2019 Jul. Newly established Syutoken SLC in Tokorozawa-shi, Saitama Prefecture.
2020 Nov. Acquired shares in four KIAT ANANDA GROUP companies in Indonesia and made them group companies.
2021 May. Started low-temperature relay trucking combining trailer exchange and change of drivers.
2022 Apr. Transitioned from the Tokyo Stock Exchange's First Section to the Standard Market.
2023 Dec. Split the company with “KSK Corporation” as a successor company.
2024 Apr. Following a company split with Mitsubishi Shokuhin Co., Ltd., L-Platform Corporation became an affiliated company accounted for by the equity method through the allocation of common stock.
