Cargo Handling Capabilities

We manage the inbound and delivery of our customers’ valuable products using an in-house developed information system leveraging IT technology. For most operations outside of automated warehouse (AS/RS) storage, our company has implemented the HSS (Handling Support System) at each logistics hub, utilizing wireless handheld terminals (HHT) and forklifts equipped with wireless terminals (vehicle-mounted devices). Real-time work instructions enable high-quality and efficient warehouse operations.

HSS（Handling Support System） Warehousing Schedule Inbound Storage Picking Distribution Processing Outbound Delivery Automated Warehouses（AS/RS）

Inbound: Inspection is carried out using barcodes with HHT based on the warehousing schedule.
After inspection, they are transported to the designated storage location.
Storage: Products are stored separately by item and date at designated temperature-zone storage locations.
Products are stored and transferred for storage using HSS (HHT and vehicle-mounted terminals).
Picking: Picking operations using barcodes are also carried out with HSS. After guiding to the storage location, checks are performed on the product, date, and remaining quantity, followed by sorting.
Distribution Processing: Customer (client) specific inspections, packaging, bundling, store-specific sorting, labeling, and wrapping tasks are carried out.
Outbound: A final check of the unitized products organized by delivery vehicle and delivery destination is conducted before loading.
Delivery: Deliveries are scheduled using the Transport Management System (TMS) and delivered in sequence. We are also working on inspection-free delivery utilizing Advance Shipment Notice (ASN).
